Whether you seek to uncover the truth behind your emotions and behaviours or find the light at the end of your tunnel, our BIPOC counsellors are committed to helping you every step of the way. We offer both individual counselling and family counselling, as well as virtual sessions to ensure you receive the support you need.
Apollo Counselling offers remote counselling through secure tele-health services, including video and phone sessions, allowing us to serve clients across Canada. This approach ensures accessible, flexible, and continuous care for individuals, couples, and families, regardless of province or territory.
We offer individual counselling, including BIPOC-affirming care, as well as couples and family counselling. Additional supports include divorce and separation counselling, workshops, coaching, and virtual services to meet diverse needs. All services are delivered with a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach.
Appointments for all counselling services with BIPOC counsellors are available daily from Sunday to Saturday (excluding holidays), between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. (PST), with virtual sessions offered for added convenience. This flexible schedule allows clients across Canada to access timely and consistent support.
We offer pro bono and sliding-scale counselling to increase accessibility for overall client care.
BIPOC, neurodivergent, and immigrant communities often seek counselling that reflects their lived experiences and supports both individual and family needs. Virtual sessions also offer accessible support during legal or life transitions.
We offer multilingual counselling in English, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Tagalog.
